Not the best I could have done (the lighting is over-exposed) but it was an extremely sunny day. Besides, it does solve the question: Is the Yellow River really yellow? It is.[It is brownish yellow, technically, but still a very thick color that no river should be.]
The rafts we were on, by the way, were made of inflated sheep innards. Very resourceful, very durable, not very pleasant to look at.
